Summer Staff
Our incredible Summer Staff is behind the success of our program! Each of our summer camps are staffed with both paid summer staff and volunteer staff that work together to create one team with one common purpose.
Summer employment is available for those 18+ years and older who can work at least three of our camp weeks, and attend staff training.
Volunteer positions are available for 16+ years and older at our Overnight Camps and typically work one week of camp, arriving early for volunteer training.
Day Camp volunteer positions available for 14+.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first started on as staff. However, once I got to staff training and met everyone, I knew it would be an amazing experience. I wasn’t wrong. Not only did I make life long friends on staff, but I got to see campers grow in their faith and make life long friends with each other. Knowing the campers had an impactful summer – having fun and learning about God, was the highlight of my entire summer. I couldn’t have asked for a better summer job and I can’t believe I even contemplated doing something else. Having a greater purpose (for the Kingdom and for the Kids) in what I do is worth far more than any other summer job could have given me.

I’m so happy I volunteered for a week at Overnight Camp! I have volunteered before at the Traveling Day Camp and that was an amazing experience, fast-paced and full of fun. This past year, I volunteered at Overnight Camp and that was an adventure as well in an entire different way! The Montlure staff welcomed me in and I felt fully a part of the team. The campers were incredible and sweet and I felt I made a difference in their lives. It warmed my heart every night as we had “cabin time” and I heard where each camper “saw God” in their day at camp. I can’t wait to come back and volunteer for a week again! I hope I can do this every summer for a long time.
